The AVIATRIX Project supports servicewomen in two military communities with amplified needs for family building - Command Naval Air Forces and the Department of the Air Force.
Family building is challenging for the military as a whole - even more so for military communities like Naval Aviation, the Air Force and the Space Force.
Deployments, training, and operational demands mean that female active duty service members in aviation and space have some of the most challenging constraints for family building and fertility choices. Currently, military healthcare (TRICARE) does not offer coverage for family building reproductive healthcare - women in the military deserve better.
The AVIATRIX Project
In partnership with the Military Family Building Coalition, WINFertility is offering individualized counseling and clinical guidance specializing in female reproductive health to active duty military members within Naval Aviation and Department of the Air Force. The AVIATRIX Project is an elective program available at no cost to the military member.

The AVIATRIX Project brings advanced fertility counseling and reproductive health solutions for comprehensive family building to the Naval Aviation community and Department of the Air Force. Members of these military communities face challenging warfare demands, training cycles and operational tempo that can affect fertility and family building including environmental exposures and general warfare risks, as well as frequent separations from partners and families. Women service members in this community have additional obstacles in planning and timing for pregnancy and maternity leave.
The AVIATRIX Project seeks to assist female members of Naval Aviation and the Department of the Air Force with support through the philanthropic gift of WINFertility.
